Here’s what you’ll need 👇
-1/4 c. avocado oil
-1/4 c. red wine vinegar
-Juice from 1/2 half of a lemon
-Thumb-sized piece of ginger (skin removed)
-2-3 cloves of garlic
-1/4 granny smith apple (skin removed)
-2 tsp honey
-1 scoop BodyMelt Greens
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Makes approximately 8oz of dressing. Serving suggestions 1-2 tbsp. 80 calories per serving.
