A musician is pulled over and to his surprise he is detained by twin cops for drug possession. Elsewhere, officers make a major drug bust, and find drugs hidden in private areas. Meanwhile a drunk Brit abroad runs towards cops with a knife; his reckless actions find himself in the back of a police car.
Real-life officers are followed by a camera crew, cinéma-vérité style, in a gritty up-close look at police work and the consequences of crime. It spawned a number of police-reality imitators.
